How to Contribute

Contributions must follow this process:

  1. Apply for the Georgia  QEE Income Tax Credit Online via the Learning to Serve Online Application.
  2. Within 30 days, you will receive confirmation from the Georgia Department of Revenue that the application for the tax credit has been accepted (or, if Georgia has reached its annual limit of $100 million in tax credits, denied).
  3. Within 60 days of receiving the approval letter from the Georgia Department of Revenue, the contributor must make the contribution to Learning to Serve. To do this, the contributor must complete Learning to Serve’s questionnaire detailing where, if at all, the scholarship should be directed and mail the completed form, a copy of the approved Form IT-QEE-TP1 and contribution to:
    Learning to Serve, Inc.
    12460 Crabapple Road
    Suite 127
    Alpharetta, Georgia 30004
  4. Learning to Serve will then send the contributor Form IT-QEE-SSO1 confirming the contribution. Form IT-QEE-SSO1 and Form IT-QEE-TP2 must be submitted with contributor’s Georgia state income tax return in order to claim the tax credit.
